How to use : 

After blending your concealer or eyeshadow  base / primer on top of your eyelid , apply a small amount of shimmer on the center of the eyelid and blend . wait for it to dry in 20 seconds before opening your eyes to avoid crease . 

product should not be used without a base ( primer / concealer ) .
