Delivery , Shipping & Returns

Delivery within Bahrain :

  • A fee of 1.00 BD is charged for delivery for all areas within Bahrain except durrat al Bahrain which is charged ( 4.00 BD ) . It takes 2 working days .  
  • Express delivery is available for 3.00 BD ( within 24 Hours ) . Note : Express delivery does not cover durrat al Bahrain area . 
  • Orders after 5.00 PM will be processed the next working day .

Returns : 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase & a clear picture of the product/s . 

Refunds (if applicable)
To request a refund, your refund request must be supported by pictures and a valid reason for refund. Your request must also be placed within one week from receiving your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund will exclude delivery charge for online shipping.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
The products can only be exchanged if the request is placed within 7 days from receiving the order. The products should be returned unused, unopened and in their original condition with the seal intact. Otherwise in a new condition. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at . for hygienic proposes , there are items that cannot be exchanged as we cant guarantee if they got used or stored properly by client . please contact store before placing your order . 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
